FOCUS on Senior Citizens offers these programs and services:

Foster Grandparent Program

Give one on one daily attention to children and youth with special needs at schools and other non-profit agencies.

Retired and Senior Volunteer Program

RSVP volunteers contribute their time, experience, and skills to others in Tuscaloosa and Hale Counties.

Supportive Services

Supportive Services make living independently easier and possible.

Transportation

Providing door to door transportation for medical and social services appointments.

Multi-Purpose Senior Center

Activities at the Senior Center are fun, informative and creative.

Rural Senior Clubs

FOCUS/RSVP coordinates senior groups in rural Tuscaloosa County.

Special Needs Group

Seniors meet regularly and find support for many of life's trials.

Nutrition Activity Centers

FOCUS offers a stimulating daily program, Monday through Friday, at 5 Nutrition Activity Centers and hot noon meals for homebound elderly.
